That looks SO amazing! I love the idea of papaya and lime – so refreshing and I bet they made the chicken So tender! And to serve with coconut rice – a perfect combination!

Thanks Ann, but we ate it! We cooked the salmon and had the smoker on. Very tasty.

Thanks Ann. It was very tasty. We used the BBQ sauce on Pacific Salmon tonight (I know you can’t have seafood, but it was delicious).
